Hi friends! As most of you know, Wayne has accepted a job in West Palm Beach, Fl beginning Feb. 26. We are heading down this weekend to find an apartment in Delray Beach, an area we discovered on our last trip down for the interview. It's a beautiful area with excellent beaches and Atlantic Ave. which has tons of arts, shops, and restaurants. It's on the East coast and our dream is to find a place between the intracoastal waterway and the ocean, but certainly east of I-95! We'll be keeping our place in Hampton as this job is a one year contract with Lockheed Martin. Never know what could happen in a year!
I'm looking forward to paddling on the Intracoastal, I don't think there are any alligators there, and will continue teaching online for Averett. I also have a couple of classes lined up this year that I'll be flying back to teach. As always, I'll be taking pictures and writing poetry, the passions that feed my spirit!
As this is my first effort at blogging, I'll sign off now as I learn all the ins and outs.
